- This solicitation is open to all small business, under GSA Schedule and non-GSA Schedule. Please provide on company letterhead, a request of the solicitation, concerning this project; addressed to Office Of Inspector General, Attn: Mr. Daniel Stanley 12030 Sunrise Valley Drive Reston, VA. 20191, or E-mail at Daniel_Stanley@doioig.gov, Phone No.: (703)487-5445, and my Fax No.: (703)487-5400. The evaluation criteria will be based on experience, and price. The contractor must have knowledge of the story conferencing process and experience facilitating audit meetings. The contractor must also have experience in managing audits and evaluations relating to Federal procurements and contracts. Experience in the planning and execution of both single and financial audits is required. A thorough understanding of the audit planning and report writing process is required. The contractor must have experience interacting with Insular Area Public Auditor offices and organizations. The contractor must be willing to travel to Office of Inspector General offices in Washington, DC, Herndon, VA, Reston, VA, Sacramento, CA and St Thomas, US Virgin Islands as required in the performance of tasks associated with this SOW.
