- The purpose of this announcement is to Amend RFP W91YU0-07-R-0001, Genetic Testing Services. Due to technical difficulties this is being posted as a Special Notice. The purpose of this amendment is to: (1) extend the repsonse date to read: 9 Febru ary 2007; (2) provide time for the submitted proposers to provide a current College of American Pathologists (CAP) accreditation; and (3) re-state the percentage specific to Paragraph 4.4.1. Karyotyping culture success rate for peripheral blood; from: shal l be a minimum of 99.4%, to: a minimum of 99%. No new offers will be accepted.
