- The government intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Logistics Health, Inc., 328 Front St. S, La Crosse, WI 54601-4023. This requirement is for approximately a 2-month period from 05 February 2007 through 13 April 2007. The U.S. Arm y Health Care Acquisition Activity (HCAA), Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC), Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award the contract to provide Post Deployment Health Reassessment (PDHRA) services for the United States Army Medical Command medical t reatment facility at Fort Campbell, KY. This is a sole source award. The CHCC reserves the right to amend this notice if needed. This procurement is being synopsized pending PCR approval. The CHCC intends to solicit and negotiate only with Logistics Hea lth, Inc., 328 Front St. S, La Crosse, WI 54601-4023 under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1).
