- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The project is to provide the Mowing Service for Proctor LakeFurnish all equipment, tools, materials, labor, supervison, and quality control to provide facility and rea mowing services at Proctor Lake, Comanche, Texas. The Contractor shall performan in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW) and all prices here in shall reflect the total cost for all services listed in the Price Schedule and SOW. Funding shall be cited on individual Task Order. The Service Contract Act is applicable to services performed under this contract. This is Firm Fixed Price Contract. This Acquisition is UNRESTRICTED.
