- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The project is to provide the HELICOPTER APPLICATION OF HERBICIDE --- PROJECT NO.: 131170. The Contractor shall provide all tools, labor, equipment, materials, supervision and quality control required to perform Helicopter Herbicide Spraying to control various species of noxious aquatic vegetation at Town Bluff Project loca ted between Jasper, TX and Woodville, TX in accordance with the Scope of Work. The Service Contract Act is applicable to services performed under this contract. This is Firm Fixed Price Contract. This Acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business. NAICS : 11512 SITE VISIT: Site visits may be arranged during normal duty hours (8 AM - 4:30 PM) by contacting: Mr. Edward C.
