- The U.S. Army Engineer District, New Orleans, has a requirement to purchase and replace the existing 480 volt control with a new 120 volt control system, new control panels and new proximity sensors in the Bayou Boeuf Navigational Lock at 3300 Younge s Road, Morgan City Louisiana. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423610 and the business size standard is 100 employees. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The requirement is being procured as a firm fixed priced purchase order. This is a best value procurement action. The significant evaluation factors are technical capability and price. Solicitation number W912P8-07-R-0057 will be available on or about 31 January 2007. Closing date wil l be 19 February 2007 at 11:00 a.m., local time.
