- The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center, Picatinny Center for Contracting & Commerce, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, has a need for a variety of engineering and manufacturing services, technical management support, integrated logistics support, program management support, engineering infrastructure support, mission performance support and materials and equipment. These requirements are in support of continued research and development and engineering services for the technological areas supporting artillery, mortars, small arms and other programs.
