- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA intends to award a Firm fixed Price Purchase Order to American Apparel Inc. of Selma AL ., to produce 139 sets of Operational Dress Uniform (ODU) for the United States Coast Guard. American Apparel is the current designer of this uniform. American Apparel already uses the unique sizing variations required by the Coast Guard. American Apparel currently holds all necessary data and pat tern files. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested Parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, via e-mail at stephen.abate@us.army.mil. No later than 2 February 2007, 1:00 pm EST.
