- The Government intends to issue a modification to contract W91CRB-04-D-0010 to increase the ceiling by $3 million while a competitive solicitation for the follow-on is prepared. The modifcation will be negotiated solely with Science Applications Int ernational Corporation located at 1710 SAIC Drive in McLean, Virginia 22102.
