Description

We intend to award a sole source contract to Silicon Power Corporation, 5 Great Valley Pkwy Ste 130, Malvern, PA 19355-1433, for forty (40)100mm rectifier diodes. The diodes is compatible and interchangeable with the existing equipment and the only company that manufacturers to specific specifications. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is not a requ est for quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
