- Description
- The US Army Heritage and Education Center (AHEC) is soliciting proposals for its Conservation of Musuem Objects requirement. Some of the tasks required under this requirement are to provide documentaiton and reports, transportation of musuem objects, analytical testing of materials, both on and off-site conservation services, and associated technical and condition surveys. A site visit to the AHEC may be required and will be scheduled at a date TBD if necessary. The contract will be awarded as a requi rements contract with estimated quantities with a one year base period and four one year option periods. Offerors must have current registration in CCR (Central Contractor Registration) in order to be eligible for contract award. The solicitation (RFQ) wil l contain the actual date for receipt of proposals. To obtain a copy of the solicitation, request via email only to Eric.berns@carlisle.army.mil. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be released on or around 14 February 2007. The NAICS code for thi s procurement is 712110, the size standard is $6.5M. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. See numbered note 1.
