- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Award shall be evaluated based on delivery date as being equal to price. This synopsis/solicitation is for the following: CLIN 0001, K9 Working Dog Deployment Single Unit, 4 each, Includes the following: 4-way fork tubes, 6000 watt diesel generator, 110 volt AC/Heat Unit, 110 fan system that works independent of the AC, Size: Kennel is 82-inch x 46-inch x 48-inch, once deployed extension slides out and the kennel shall be 130-inch x 46-inch x 48-inch. Must include a 10-ft run that attaches to the kennel and can be set up in 15-20 minutes, Color: Tan, The proposed contract is s et-aside 100% for Service Small Business concerns. For this acquisition, the Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees and the NAICS Code is 423860. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov. The following provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as i f they were given in full text. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items with delivery time being equal to price. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Item. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision with their quotation. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factor shall be used to evaluate offers: Offerors shall be able to obtain and deliver all the required items (all or none).
