- This is a sources sought synopsis for a Brand Name or Equal Specified requirement for 288 each DLP Projectors w/universal ceiling mounts for the United States Air Force Academy. Request that submitters of Brand Name or Equal products please ensure compliance with the Buy American Act as Implemented by Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.225-7001 and the certification as required under DFARS 252.225-7000. This sources sought is restricted to eligible 8(a), HubZone and Service Disabled Veteran Small Disadvantaged Businesses in order to garner the maximum interest in this acquisition effort. Your company must be registered in the Central Contract Registration system with an active Cage Code, Duns number and Tax ID number. In addition you must have completed the online Representations/Certifications through ORCA if not a separate submission of FAR 52.212-3 will be when quotes are requested.
