- The 311th Human Systems Wing/PKBA, Brooks City-Base TX. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 339114 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Please identify if you are a small or large business based upon this NAICS. The government intends to issue an order to purchase 1 each Dental Restorative System and associated equipment that will utilize computer assisted design and manufacture of ceramic coping, ceramic multi-unit bridge understructure components, full contour inlays, onlays and crowns. The provision at FAR Part 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The following FAR provisions apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items; 52.232-33, Mandatory Information for Electronic Funds Transfer Payment; DFAR 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration and DFAR 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, including subparagraphs (11), (12), (13), (14), (15), and (17).
