- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 335932, Size Standard not to exceed 1,000. Solicitation/Purchase Requisition number F2KBAD6342A300 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-14 effective 22 Nov 06. The Government intends to award the following: (CLIN 0001) NRE-PM MULTIMODE COMBINER Combiners and MFAs PMC0611C2752 6+1)x1 PM Multimode Combiner PFA100C27521 PM MFAs or EQUAL. QUANTITY: 1 EA DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: April 21, 2006 FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION.
