Description
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-07-Q-0184 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-14, effective 27 November, 2006 and Federal Acquistition Regulation (http://farsite.hill.af.mil). (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE IAW FAR 19.502 (a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 327331 and the small business size standard 500 employees. (v) The Contractor shall provide the following items: LINE ITEM 0001 ?Prefabricated concrete building 11?7?W x 20?L x 10?H Post tensioned floor and roof sections. Single Door 36?W x 80?H with standard hardware. Steel Roll Up Door 8?W x 96?H insulated. Interior is bare concrete prewired for electrical connectivity. Exterior is split block finish and desert sand color. LINE ITEM 0002 ? Deliver to and off load in designated location on Davis-Monthan AFB. (vi) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
