- Description
- The Acquisition Service Center VISN 9, contracting for the Huntington VA Medical Center, Huntington, WV is soliciting proposals for teleradiology services primarily afterhours. Anticipated period of performance is April 1, 2007 through March 31, 2008 with three, six-month option renewal periods, to be renewed at the Government's discretion. Contract type is firm-fixed price requirements. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 621512 applies to this procurement. No telephone requests will be honored. No paper copies will be available. All questions must be addressed to the Contracting Officer in writing. Offeror's are responsible for routinely checking this web-site for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. No individual notification of any amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time for proposals, with technical documentation is included in the solicitation.
