- In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, the Bureau of Labor Statistics intends to enter into a sole source contract with FairFax Imaging , Inc., 4200-A Technology Court, Chantilly, VA 20151-1214 to provide for renewal of software maintenance for QuickModule software. The software processes mail or e-faxed responses received from Producer Price program survey respondents. Total cost for this requirement will NTE $30,000.00. This notice of intent is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
