- The U.S. Marshals Service, Asset Forfeiture Office, intends to conduct a pre-solicitation conference for aircraft services for seized and forfeited aircraft. A ?Draft? copy of the statement of work and schedule B are attached. The pre-solicitation conference will be held at 333 Clay Street, 3 Allen Center, Suite 3050, Houston, TX 77002 on Wednesday, February 21, 2007. Two separate conferences will be held since there is a limitation on space. The first conference will begin at 10:00 AM and the second conference will begin at 2:00 PM. Interested parties must register with Gary Insley by e-mail at gary.insley2@usdoj.gov NLT Tuesday, February 13, 2007. Specify which conference you plan to attend and how many representatives (maximum of two) from your company will be attending. Confirmation will be by return e-mail. The pre-solicitation conference will focus on making recommendations and/or changes to the statement of work and schedule B. The USMS is the custodian for seized and forfeited aircraft for the Department of Justice. The contractor will provide the full range of services including intake, storage, maintenance, and disposal of aircraft. Seizures may take place in all 50 states as well as U.S. territories. The NAICS code and Size Standard are 488190 and $6.5 million.
