- The Western Area Power Administration, Upper Great Plains Region, intends to contract with ITRON Inc, 2818 N. Sullivan Rd, Spokane WA 99216, on a non-competitive basis, for software support of our MV90xi Network Software. ITRON is the manufacturer of this product and only source known to provide software support, upgrades and related technical assistance. This action will be conducted under the authority of 41 USC 253(c)(1). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals, however, interested vendors may identify their ability to perform this requirement by submittal of a capability statement which must include sufficient technical information for evaluation to verify ability to perform. Capability statements must be received no later than February 2, 2007 to the point of contact identified in th is notice. The applicable NAICS code for this action is 511210 and the related small business size standard is 500 employees.
