- NSN 1560-01-159-3498 IQC06334009001. Solicitation contain 1 NSN for a "Rib, Airfold" IAW McDonnell Douglas Dwg 68A115154. Critical application item. Configuration control applies. First Article (Government) Testing - 1 sample consists of 2 each. Solicitation will be for award of an indefinite quantity contract with a base year and provisions for four (4) one-year options. The estimated annual quantity is 48 each and the maximum annual quantity is 96 each. The minimum/maximum quantity per delivery order is 12/48 each. Quantities apply to the base and each option year. The guaranteed quantity of 12 each applies to the base year only. Terms wil be FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Delivery schedule: First Article 120 days after receipt of order - Production units 164 days after first article appoval. An "EXPORT CONTROL" technical data package exists for this NSN released only to export control certified requestors vis https://pcfl.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/ If export control certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement from the Defense Logistics Services Center via www.dlis.dla.mil. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is February 14, 2007. Anticipated award date is March 2007. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
