- Solicitation Number: SP0530-05-R-0049 established a new open season for Snow Removal Vehicles. This solicitation replaces solicitation SP0500-02-R-HP01. New offers are being solicited for Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) multiple award schedules for Snow Removal Vehicles. Types of equipment manufacturers/dealers being sought are snow plows, brooms, snow blowers and sweepers. Pricing should be submitted for a manufacturer's entire commercial product line. Only one award will be place for each manufacturer's products. There will be no duplicated OEM product lines. Equipment leasing, equipment rebuild and extended service plans along with ancillary equipment services may also be offered. Proposals for equipment and products already on contract will not be entertained. This is an unrestricted procurement. All responsible sources may submit a bid or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home or http://214.3.146/home. From the Gateway homepage, select search RFPs. You must be registered to download RFPs. If not, you will need to submit a company profile. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (pdf).
