- Description
- The following Indefinite Delivery Type Contract (IDTC) is anticipated: Parka, ECWCS, Generation 2, Universal Camouflage, NSN 8415-01-526-9168(s). The base year is for a minimum of 48,000 and a maximum of 240,000. There will be two (2) one-year term options included in this solicitation with the same minimum and maximum quantities. This procurement will be solicited on an Unrestricted basis. The Parkas will be FOB Destination to New Cumberland and Tracy, CA. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Origin. Applicable specifications for the Parka, Generation 2 is MIL-DTL-32184. Copies of the spec can be found at http://assist.daps.dla.mil. Production lead time is 120 days after award. Best Value Source Selection procedures will be utilized with the following evaluation factors, in descending order of importance: Product Demonstration Model (PDM), Experience/Past Performance, Surge Capacity, Socioeconomic Considerations, DLA Mentoring Business Agreements and Javits-Wagner O?Day Entity Act Support.
