- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) and HRC-St. Louis intend to issue a sole source contract to GFI Digital, Inc, 1837 Borman Circle Dr., St. Louis, MO 63146. This acquisition is for a firm-fixed price contract to provide hardware maintenance renewal for 62 Sharp copiers covered under current ZBASE 102215 agreement located at the Human Resources Command-St. Louis. Period of Coverage for hardware maintenance renewal is Contract Award through 12 months. The hardware maintenance is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. GFI Digital Inc is the only Sharp-authorized dealer and maintenance provider in the St. Louis Market. The maintenance contract must be awarded to a Sharp authorized dealer as specified in the lease-to-own contract that is currently in place. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office. Email request to james.franey@disa.mil. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations/Proposals.
