- Description
- REQUIREMENT: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) currently occupies office space under a soon to expire lease. The IRS is conducting a competition for a replacement lease for this requirement. The space should yield approximately 25,400 BOMA USF of office space. Consideration for relocating this requirement will be taken upon analysis of the economics involved including the cost of moving, tenant improvements, and impact on agency mission, among other items. LOCATION: Beginning at the intersection of I-287 and US Rte. 1; S. on US Rte. 1 to Burnet St.; W. on Burnet St. to New St.; W. on New St. to Railroad Ave.; N. on Railroad Ave. to Bayard St.; W. on Bayard St. to Conrail Railway Line; N. on Conrail Railway Line to I-287; E. on I-287 to the intersection of I-287 and US Rte. 1. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 15, 2007. LEASE TERM: The lease term will be for up to ten (10) years.
