- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplement with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; request for proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is posted at www.whs.mil/apo/ under solicitation number HQ0034-07-R-1016. The posting includes: RFP, SOO and 12 attachements plus questions and answers. The Pentagon Force Protction Agency (PFPA) requires support to install and maintain the various components that comprise the Security Intrusion Detection/Access Control Alarm System at the Pentagon Reservation and designated locations throught the National Capital Region (NCR). The Government intends to award a performance based, firm fixed price (FFP) IDIQ contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer confirming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Source selection procedures will be used in accordance with FAR parts 15 and 17. This procurement is issued as a full and open competition. The NAICS code is 561621 with a small business size standard of $11,500,000.00. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR), http:www.ccr.gov.
