- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Vero Beach, Florida The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 5,987 rentable square feet in Vero Beach, FL, within the following delineated area: North: Hwy 630 (41st Street); South: Hwy 606 (Oslo Road); East: Hwy 603 (Indian River Blvd and US 1); and West: Hwy 615 (66th Ave). The space should yield approximately 5,206 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 26, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
