- SIC: 5084 500 employees The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) has a requirement for three (3) Hoists. The procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items will be utilized as a small business setaside. Solicitation available approximately 29 Jan 2007 closing approximately 8 Feb 2007. Delivery will be FOB Destination to Bremerton, WA 98314. When issued, the RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. All offerors wishing to submit an offer, are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from this website (WinZIP is required) and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to mary.beauchamp@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO website. No bidders? list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP and/or amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipts of quotes may render your quote non-responsive and result in the rejection of same.
