Description

Custodial services for the EROS Data Center, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Gross area of building 301,148 sq. ft. This announcement supercedes Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation No. 06CRSS0021 published June 2006. Approximate issue date is fifteen days from posting of announcement or February 15, 2007. Interested parties may access a copy or download the document by going to http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Telephone request for a hard copy of the solicitation will not be accepted. Interested parties must be registered in CCR (Central Contractor Registration) http://www.ccr.gov to be considered for a contract award. The government anticipates awarding a one year basic contract with four twelve month option years. The proposed contract is a 100% HUBZONE set-aside. Note 26 and 27 apply. NAIC 561720, size standard $15.0 M.
