- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The project is to provide the Aerial Photography at Sam Rayburn and Town Bluff Lakes in Angelina, Jasper, Nacogdoches, Sabine, San Augustine, and Tyler Counties, Texas -- PROJECT NO.: 136926. The Contractor shall provide all tools, labor, equipment, materials, supervision and quality control required to perform New Aerial Photography Services for the Sam Rayburn and Town Bluff Projects in Angelina, Jasper, Nacogdoches, Sabine, San Augustine, and Tyler Counties, Texas in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW) and Map. The Service Contract Act is applicable to services per formed under this contract. This is Firm Fixed Price Contract. This Acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business.
