- The Army Contracting Agency at White Sands Missile Range intends to award a sole source to Atlas Devices Inc. located at 276 Pearl St. Unit L, Cambridge MA 02139-4716 for the purchase of powered rope ascender systems. Atlas Devices is the only manufa cturer of the rope ascender system that meets requirements of weight under 20 lbs, lifting capacity of 350lbs and delivery time of 120 days ARO.
