Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-07-Q-0188 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-09. This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 326191 and small business size standard of 500 employees. The contractor shall provide the following items: The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, enginering, materials, supervision and other items necessary to provide (6) six each, ?Portable Chemical Toilets?. Brand Name and/or Equal to ?Sani-Pottie? Model No. SP-100-A?, an assembled weather resistant, outdoor porttable toilet, construced of a tough polethylene construction throughout that will not rot or corrode, never needs paintind, and is highly resistant to impact, scratching and temperature extremes. The baase is plastic over a womanized skid that is dado cut, bolted, nailed and glued to withstand years of use and abuse. The minnium interior size dimensions are 91? H x 43.5? W x 41? D. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. Offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
