- The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement for a Not-To-Exceed repair requirement of the following items: (1) NSN 7025-01-516-8928, Display Unit, SCCS, Panel Mount, Part Number EXP1910-PA-FM-DM-HB-FNS, Qty 17 each, (2) NSN 7025-01-517-1424, Display Unit, SCCS, Rack Mount, Part Number FPI1910-R-FM-DM-HB, Qty 4 each. The manufacturer is Nortech Engineering Inc., 15 Commerce Way, Suite 1003, Norton, MA 02766-3313 and the Coast Guard ELC intends on obtaining pricing directly from Nortech Engineering Inc. NOTE: NO DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS OR SCHEMATIC ARE AVAILABLE FROM THIS AGENCY!! Quotations shall include, price for line item, proposed delivery in days (after receipt of order), your company Tax ID number and DUNS Number. Pricing shall include INDIVIDUAL PACKAGING in accordance with ASTM D 3951 and marking and bar coding shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-129. Delivery shall be FOB Destination, USCG Engineering Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Room Bldg. 88, Baltimore, MD 21226.
