- Provide all necessary labor, material, transportation, equipment and services and all operations necessary for Window Replacement, Healy Hall, Building 257, USCG Training Center Cape May, NJ. In general the work includes but is not limited to the following: 1.1 The removal and disposal of existing windows and screens. 1.2 The furnishing and installation of new double hung insulated aluminum windows with full screens. Work shall be completed within 150 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business Firms. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238350 with a size standard of $13.0M. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the agency. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. PHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
