- This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis for the Navajo Area Indian Health Service. The following information is provided to assist the Indian Health Service in conducting Market Research of Industry to identify potential contractors for this effort. The applicable NAICS code is 532291, which applies to industry primarily engaged in renting home-type health and invalid equipment, such as wheel chairs, hospital beds, oxygen tanks, walkers, and crutches. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of the operation, maintenance, and repair services for home oxygen services at the Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) service unit of the Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS). Geographical location: Northeast parts of Arizona and Northwest parts of New Mexico.
