- Description
- Request for Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 2995-01-161-7441, RH070050060000, Housing Assembly. This item is in accordance with United Technologies Corp. (Cage: 77445) P/N 565386. The other sources listed in the AID are Flanagan Brothers Inc. (Cage: 06959), P/N 565386, The Birken Inc. (Cage: 31340), P/N 565386, Beta Engineering Inc. (Cage: 33436), P/N 565386 and Electro-Methods Inc. (Cage: 33617) P/N 535686. Requirement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four (4) option years. The solicitation issue date is February 13, 2007 and the solicitation closing date is March 13, 2007. FOB: Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Pricing will be based on the estimated annual demand quantities of 48 each for the base year and 48 each for all option years. This solicitation will be issued as a small business set-aside full and open competition after exclusion of sources. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
