- NSN 6160-01-433-4985, Cover, Battery Box, in accordance with Stewart & Stevenson Tactical Vehicle Systems, Cage 0FW39, Part Number 12420854. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies - Sole source (FAR 6.302-1) Unrestricted procurement. This item is not commercial off the shelf. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The guaranteed minimum is 91 EA, Estimated Annual Demand is 365 EA and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 731 EA. FOB destination,inspection/acceptance destination. Requested delivery is 30 DARO. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN IAW FAR subpart 32.5. There is a surge requirement for this IQC requiring a quantity of 530 EA. Possible stock delivery locations are any CONUS facility. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about February 9, 2007 and close on or about March 9, 2007. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
