- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 01 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR UPGRADE BROADBAND COMMUNICATIONS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to add two (2) items inadvertantly ommitted from the initial combined sysopsis/solicitation number NNK07OT06Q as follows: 1. Fiber Node Model OM4100, C-Cor P/N OM41GJ-6B3B5-A2GA00002-00, Quantity - 6 each. 2. Fiber Transmitter, C-Cor P/N CHP-FTX-06-S, Quantity - 1 each. Items provided must be C-Cor products. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to January 31, 2007. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on December 20, 2006. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
