- This was a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Only those Large Account Resellers (LAR) under GSA Schedule 70, Information Technology (IT) Schedule, Special Item Number (SIN) 132-33, Perpetual Software Licensees will be considered for award. This acquisition was 100% set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 423430 and the associated small business size standard is 500 employees. The Department of Commerce (DOC) has reviewed all proposals submitted in response to the above-referenced solicitation. DOC has determined that, due to the lack of adequate competition, it is in the best interest of the government not to make any awards under this combined solicitation/synopsis and therefore, Solicitation Number CM1301-7-RQ-0005 is cancelled. DOC does not anticipate that a new requirement will be synopsized. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-JAN-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
