- DESCRIPTION The contractor shall provide all the necessary personnel, equipment, materials, supplies and consumables to perform janitorial services for the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System's Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Kona. This acquisition is 100% set aside for award to a small business (SB) concern. Offers or quotations from other than SB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. The NAICS is 561720 and the size standard is $15 million. The solicitation will be available on or about December 15, 2006.
