- This is a Sources Sought Announcement for the purpose of extending an invitation to all vendors interested in displaying their latest technology and materials during the vendor fair portion of the workshop announced below. There is no solicitation available, and request for a solicitation will not receive a response. This is an opportunity to display your company products for informational purposes only. Subject: Workshop for Speech and Language Pathologists The Department of Defense Domestic Dependant Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) is hosting a workshop, Setting the Stage for Dealing with Communication Challenges: Looking at Students, Environments, Tasks and Tools February 27 thru March 1, 2007. We expect approximately 64 Speech and Language Pathologists employed by the school system to attend. The workshop will be held at the DDESS AREA SERVICE CENTER: 700 Westpark Drive, Peachtree City, Georgia 30269. Augmentative communication devices will be a primary topic of this workshop. We are inviting vendors to participate on the afternoon of February 28, 2007 from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm to familiarize workshop participants with current technology and materials. Space is limited, however, a table 2? x 5? will be provided to display vendor?s equipment. This will be for informational purposes only. The current schedule allows for 3 groups of 20+ to rotate through allowing each group one hour to spend individual time with your representatives. If you wish to join us, please contact Charles R.
