- This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration to solicit space for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in Jackson, Mississippi. The government is seeking approximately 50,000 usable square feet of office and related space including 150 parking spaces. The building must have the capability of providing alternate/backup power. All utilities, services and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration and the building owner must be willing to amortize Tenant Improvements over the firm term of the lease. First consideration will be given to buildings located within the Central Business District. Delineated Area ? Jackson, MS city limits. Occupancy: The space is required on or before April 2007.
