- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Grenada, MS The United States Government seeks to lease Office Space consisting of approximately 6,628 rentable square feet in Grenada, MS within the following delineated area: From the Southwest corner of Grenada Golf and Country Club Due West to Hwy. 55. North Hwy 55 to Hwy 8. Southeast on Hwy 8 to Hwy 7. East on Hwy 7 to MLK Blvd. Traveling North on MLK Blvd. to North St., East on North St. to N. Levee St. South on N Levee St., to 4th St. West on 4th St to S Mound St and Ending at the SW Corner of the Granada Golf Country Club. The space should yield approximately 5,764 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 6/30/08. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
