Description

U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 81,000 rentable square feet of Class A office and related space along with 212 inside secured parking spaces. Space should yield approximately 71,000 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government reserves the right to determine minimum acceptable floor plate size and column spacing. The building must meet GSA Asbestos criteria, GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements must be provided in consideration of rental to be paid. Unique Requirement (optional): Section 2 of EO 13006 requires that in filling their space needs, federal agencies give first consideration to locations in a specifically prescribed hierarchy as follows: ? Historic properties within historic districts ? Sites within historic districts ? Historic properties outside of historic districts Location/Delineated Area: Offered properties/site must be located within Metairie, LA. Lease Term: The Government desires a 15 year term with the Government having termination rights after the 10th year of occupancy. Desired Occupancy Date: Occupancy is required no later than December 1, 2007.
