- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) has a requirement for Human Exposure Synthetic Data, Receptor Model Development, and Evaluation. The contractor shall prepare a Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP); create a simulated data set for evaluating human exposure receptor models; develop a model that uses speciated sample data (community, residential indoor/outdoor, and personal), supplemental data, and prior information; estimate source profile uncertainties; and evaluate models using the simulated data. EPA anticipates the award of a fixed price contract. NAICS Code 541690 applies with a small business size standard of $5M in average annual receipts over the last three years. A Draft copy of the Statement of Work (SOW) will be posted on website: http://www.epa.gov/oam/rtp_cmd/. A copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) with SOW will be posted on or about the date the RFP is issued. Any supporting documentation and/or relevant information (if applicable) concerning this procurement will be posted on website: http://www.epa.gov/oam/rtp_cmd/. The RFP is expected to be issued by February 12, 2007 as full and open competition. Proposals will be due approximately 30 calendar days after issuance of the RFP and it will be your responsibility to frequently check the same site where the RFP is posted for any amendments.
