Tax Notes Today is an annual service to daily web-based publication of federal, state, and international tax news, commentary and analysis ? TBNT, Tax Notes Today, State Tax Today, Worldwide Tax Daily, fully linked full-text original documents. Interested vendors who can provide the required products and/or services should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement. Responses to this notice must be received by this office within 5 days of this publication.
