- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. You may also access information on the NSWC Crane Division web site at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division requires Off-Axis Parabolic (OAP) Mirrors for 18 in in-clear diameter OAP with no mounting fixture; Min quantity 1/Maximum Quantity 5 and Off-Axis Parabolic (OAP) Mirrors for 24 inch in-clear diameter OAP with custom precision mounting fixture; Min quantity 1/Maximum Quantity 5. A five year firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is anticipated. Delivery shall be FOB Destination NSWC-Crane 300 days from award date of contract. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination by NSWC Crane personnel. This solicitation will be issued on a full and open competition basis using a performance specification. DPAS rating is DO-A70. Offerors will be required to submit proposals providing price, past performance, and warranty information. Award will be on a best value basis.
