Flying (moving) Probe Tester FSC?3670-NAICS?334418 Issue Date- 1/23/07- Closing Date - 02/12/07-Time 2:00 PM CST This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at <http://www.eps.gov/> and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at <http://www.neco.navy.mil/>. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 12 and FAR 13. Solicitation Number N00164-07-R-6824 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. The Government has a requirement for a flying (moving) probe tester. The unit is for testing multilayer printed circuit boards. Test capabilities shall consist of continuity between connected points, isolation between unconnected points, and interconnect resistance. The tester consists of four test probes which contact the electrical points on the printed circuit boards for testing. There is an Option 1 for 500 V HiPot Testing Capability, and Option 2 for 1000 V HiPot Testing Capability. This procurement will be negotiated on a competitive, commercial basis in accordance with FAR 6.1, ?Full and Open Competition.? All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Crane web site, FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the Crane web site, FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
