- Systems Development Branch, Code 7310, of the Carderock Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCCD), is procuring Data Physics Quattro Dynamic Signal Analyzers. NSWCCD intends to negotiate a non-competitive procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and award a firm-fixed price purchase order to Data Physics. These units will be used to supplement existing units that use Data Physics software, which is incompatible with software and hardware from any other manufacturers. Use of other software will require the entire system to be replaced. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties may forward their capabilities statements to the Government POC on or before 02/02/2007.
