- The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement Contract Extension to General Dynamics Bath Iron Works (GD-BIW), 700 Washington Street, Bath, ME 04530, for the acquisition of the class of orders to be issued under a Basic Ordering Agreement for the accomplishment of Post Shakedown Availability Planning and Support Services and Emergent Availabilities on DDG 51 Class Destroyers (DDGs 102-106). This effort will take place from the time of ship delivery through the SCN Obligation Work Limiting Data of each ship. Orders for PSA Planning and Support Services will include advance planning, engineering support, on-site engineering liaison, craft assistance and ordering and processing required material in support of PSAs and accomplishment of emergent industrial availabilities which include but are not limited to Selected Restricted Availabilities (SRAs), Restricted Availabilities (RAVs), Drydocking Availabilities and Technical Availabilities which ma y be required during the interval from time of ships delivery through the SCN OWLD.
